Every time you make a dinner with vegetables and meal that you have left over’s from, just place the them into a baggy and freeze. When you want to make soup put all of you veggies into a pot and cook to your liking!!! Add meat and enjoy!!

 

Soup Diets number in the hundreds but I'm only going to list the most popular here. All soup diets follow one basic theme, Eat lots of soup. The recipes are low in fat and calories and high in fiber and vitamins. By adding in fruits and proteins you end up with a filling that should include all your dietary needs. But because of the low calories some people end up with headaches. I for one can not do the low card diets as my blood sugar goes haywire and i can not get past the headaches. The cabbage soup diet though helps to keep your blood sugars up by the introduction of fruits.

Did you know that the word ‘Soup’  came from the French like most food words. It was used sometime in the 16th century to depict a cheap soup that was hawked by street merchants and was called “Restaurer”. These street merchants claimed it was a cure for what ailed you.
